A secret garden loft, only a five minute walk away from the City of London. With high wooden ceilings, fairy lights, plants and 12 large windows that surround the venue allowing floods of natural light to come in all day are not the only things that make the space so unique.

The venue can be hired from 07:00-22:00. Set up and clear up need to be included in your hire time; we ask that all guests leave by 21:30 to provide adequate clean up / tear down time. We also ask for a security deposit of £1,000 which is fully refundable (deposit returns are processed on Fridays).

As a dry hire venue we are happy for you to bring in food and drink/alcohol or organise catering externally.


Layouts

The venue is very flexible and happy for clients to move furniture so the space best fits their needs.
All furniture shown in the layouts can be removed from the venue into the storeroom. Clients are responsible for all furniture removal / replacement unless prior arrangements are made with the venue.


NB. Piano does not fit in storeroom but is on wheels so can be relocated within the venue upon prior agreement.

NB. The venue is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift access

  • The venue provides unlimited tea (Yorkshire & Puka) & coffee (Grind Pods and Grind ground coffee) we also provide dairy milk and oat milk .

  • Yes, the kitchen is fully functional. It includes a SMEG dual range cooker with double oven and 6 gas hobs, a large American Style Fridge/Freezer and large concrete worktops.

  • A dedicated events manager will be on site to meet you, show you around and get you setup with the tech. They’ll stay on hand for the duration of your booking incase you need any help throughout the day and will pop over to say bye before you head off.

  • There is snug breakout area separate to the main space and there is a large storage space where all the furniture from the main space can be stored (excluding the Piano).

  • Yes, we love dogs! As long as you let us know before the day that there will be a pooch we are more than happy for guests to bring their dogs along. 🐾
