 FAQs

  • The Loft can comfortably host up to 12 guests.

  • We only offer evening hire options for Treehouse or Whole Venue bookings.

  • Yes, you can bring your own drinks and we don’t charge corkage. Just keep in mind that we’re not set up for parties or late-night receptions - we like to keep things relaxed and creative.

  • We’re based on the third floor of a characterful Shoreditch building, accessible by stairs only. If you have any questions about access, just reach out — we’re always happy to help.

  • Yes, we ask for a £250 refundable security deposit for The Loft. This is returned the Friday after your booking, provided everything’s in order.

  • Street parking is limited, but there are car parks nearby. We can provide up to two Hackney Council permits for £5 each. The nearest loading bay is on Great Eastern Street, and short-term loading is available on Charlotte Road (note: there are ULEV restrictions during peak hours).

  • Of course! We’re proudly dog-friendly. There’s a dog bed, treats, and lots of love waiting - just give us a heads-up beforehand.

  • Yes! The Loft has powerful air con to keep things cool and comfortable — even on the hottest days.

  • We’ve got you covered with super-fast fibre optic WiFi, a 75” Samsung Frame TV with Apple TV, and a large A0 whiteboard on an easel — perfect for team planning and presentations.

  • The Loft includes everything you need for a productive day:

    • 12 chairs

    • Large boardroom table

    • Sofa and armchair for relaxed chats

    • Kawaii baby grand piano for a little creative flair

    • Plates, cutlery, mugs, and glasses for up to 12 guests

  • Yes — unlimited tea and coffee are part of the package. We’ve stocked up on Yorkshire Tea, Pukka herbal blends, and Grind coffee (both pods and ground), plus oat and dairy milk to suit everyone’s taste.

  • You can! The Loft has a fully equipped kitchen with:

    • A double oven and 4 gas hobs

    • Full-size fridge/freezer

    • Large island worktop for prep and plating
