There are three breakout areas in the main space, as well as a fourth separate breakout space called 'The Nook' just up the small open staircase.
There are an additional three breakout areas in The Loft when used in conjunction with the Treehouse.

Of course! The venue is dry hire, meaning you can choose from a wide range of external caterers.

The kitchen is fully functional and exclusively for your use.
It includes a SMEG dual range cooker with double oven and 6 gas hobs, a large American Style Fridge/Freezer and large concrete worktops, as well as an instant hot water and cold filtered water tap.

Yes, we have two industrial sized air conditioning units in the main space that can guarantee a good chill even in the hottest of summer days.

Yes, we love dogs! As long as you let us know before the day that there will be a pooch we are more than happy for guests to bring their dogs along. 🐾
